WWE RAW Supershow Fantasy Card Results 11/21/11

Tonight's three-hour WWE RAW Supershow opens with the usual video and pyro as Jim Ross rejoins the broadcast desk in place of the recently fired Michael Cole and welcomes us to RAW from Madison Square Garden. Ross is joined by Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker on commentary.

The newly re-formed Nexus enters, led by Wade Barrett as all nine of them line up on opposite sides of the entrance ramp. After a pause, new Nexus leader John Cena hits the entranceway to “Chain Gang Is The Click” with a mic, sans the merchandise he burned at last night’s PPV, and takes in the still mixed crowd reaction. The roles have reversed; the once proud Cena haters are now chanting “Thank You Cena” and all of the women and children are now chanting “You Sold Out”. Cena shakes his head and speaks up, saying that selling out is what he did when he abandoned who he was to become “The Children’s Champion”. The former haters cheer. Cena says that yes, he did sell out...every show he’s headlined for the last six years. Cena thanks his new detractors for buying a ticket and thanks them especially for their money.

Cena explains that he spent too much time being concerned with making the fans love him. He says he got tired of hearing the same sound bytes: “Five Moves of Doom”, “Cena sucks”, “You Can’t Wrestle” and several other less than savory jeers from the crowd. Cena says in the six years since he first became “The Face of WWE”, that the fans had apparently forgotten that he was still The Doctor of Thuganomics and could lay down a ghetto-style beating like few others can. Cena says that The Rock learned that the hard way last night.

Cena says he’s through with all the fancy slogans, the “Fruity Pebbles” shirts, and he’s certainly through with all of the fans that were willing to sell him down the river for jumping the fence. Cena mentions that last night Wade Barrett said someone in the main event would show their true colors and someone did--Barrett proceeds to hand Cena a care package. Cena opens the box to reveal a new set of wrist and arm bands, a trucker cap, and t-shirt--All Nexus. Cena says his true colors are Black and Yellow. Cena shakes hands with his new partner in leadership and vows a more destructive Nexus, promising more carnage than any previous version could have ever dreamed to create-Starting tonight against the next ten victims of the Nexus.

Cena tells the crowd that the days of trying to get the fans on his side and that the new order is simply “You’re either Nexus or against us.” Cena says he’s undergone an Attitude Adjustment of his own and anyone who doesn’t fall in line--F-U.

Diva’s Elimination Tag Match

A lumberjill match featuring Beth Phoenix defending her Diva’s Championship against Kelly Kelly is scheduled, but at the last minute the computer that houses the anonymous RAW General Manager returns, and has something else planned. Instead, there will be a 9-on-9 Diva’s Elimination Tag Match with nine divas competing for their contracts tonight.

Beth Phoenix and Natalya appear suddenly on the titantron, speaking from MSG’s boiler room. Phoenix tells the divas in the ring that she and Natalya are sick and tired of sharing the ring with talentless sacks of silicone while real divas with real talent sit at home just waiting for an opportunity to get back in the game. Natalya opens the hatch to the incinerator and Phoenix tosses the Diva’s Championship Belt in. The champion says that the last thing this company needs is more divas. She tells the divas in the ring that the company needs WOMEN who are more concerned with competing for the business than using it as a stepping stone to a modeling contract. WWE needs WOMEN who make the effort to learn the craft, not Barbie dolls who can’t even run the ropes properly.

Phoenix says it’s time for less showing off and more getting down to business. Natalya produces a silk bag and Beth pulls out the Women’s Championship Belt, saying she refuses to be relegated to the status of “Diva” any longer, and the same goes for the divas’ nine opponents tonight.

Phoenix says that each of the divas will be picked off one by one tonight and replaced with women who take the business seriously, starting now: Fans are stunned, surprised, and cheer UPROARIOUSLY for the first of nine returns, MARIA.

Maria def. A.J. Lee

A.J. charges for a Shining Wizard and walks directly into a Seeing Stars heel kick, which Maria transitions into a nasty diving corner Bulldog for the three count. A.J. is fired.

Aksana steps in for the next contest. The crowd awaits the next superstar to make their long-awaited comeback and explode for the returning CANDICE MICHELLE.

Candice Michelle def. Aksana

Aksana attempts a spinebuster, but Candice throws an elbow to the back of her head and drops her with a Candywrapper killswitch for the three count. Aksana is fired.

The Bella Twins are next, agreeing to compete as a tag team. The crowd is on their feet at this point and the pop is ENORMOUS when it’s revealed that the Bellas will compete against the team of LITA and MELINA.

Lita and Melina def. The Bella Twins

After a quick back-and-forth flurry, The Bellas quickly fall victim to a Litasault and a Last Call. Melina and Lita make a simultaneous cover for a simultaneous three count. The Bella Twins are fired.

Beth and Natalya are taking in the action on the entrance ramp now, very satisfied with what has transpired thus far. Kaitlyn steps in next and the crowd starts rolling when they find out her opponent is TORRIE WILSON.

Torrie Wilson def. Kaitlyn

Maybe the quickest contest yet, Torrie drops Kaitlyn with a Nose Job facebuster before she can get a move in and logs an immediate three count. Kaitlyn is fired.

Another high-five from the Divas of Doom. The crowd awaits as Rosa Mendes steps in and her heart sinks as TRISH STRATUS hits the entrance ramp.

Trish Stratus def. Rosa Mendes

Rosa throws a half-hearted clothesline, but Stratus ducks and plants Mendes with a Chick Kick for the win. Rosa Mendes is fired.

Beth Phoenix grabs a mic and suggests that we speed things up a little, offering that Kelly, Eve and Alicia get in the ring for a six-diva tag for the three superstars that will ultimately take their roster spots from the undeserving excuse for divas that they call themselves. The trio obliges and the roof comes off of MSG when they find out that Kelly, Eve and Alicia Fox will be fighting for their careers against MARYSE, MICHELLE McCOOL and CHYNA.

Maryse, Michelle McCool and Chyna def. Eve, Alicia Fox and Kelly Kelly

Maryse and Eve start first. Eve tries for a rolling neckbreaker, but Maryse slips out and catches Eve upside the head with a French TKO and plants her skull first into the mat with a French Kiss DDT for three. Eve is fired. Alicia Fox attempts a Scissor Kick to McCool, but McCool dodges and nearly knocks Fox’ face off her head with a Simply Flawless Boot before dropping her with a Faithbreaker for three. Alicia Fox is fired. Beth and Natalya approach the ring, intent on watching the finish. Kelly tries for K2, but Chyna easily counters. Chyna lifts Kelly into a Gorilla Press Slam and drops her to the canvas. Beth and Natalya are climbing the ring steps onto the apron now. Chyna drops Kelly with a Pedigree for three. Kelly Kelly is fired at last.
Beth and Natalya get into the ring after the match and celebrate with the newly revamped Women’s division that was in desperate need of a facelift.

Another mysterious promo runs, this one simply says "Second" with the code numbers 080999.

Brodus Clay def. JTG

After the squash, Brodus continues his savage beatdown until interrupted by a returning MVP. MVP storms the ring to make the save and drops Brodus with The Play of the Day. Brodus gets back to his feet and staggers into the corner where MVP hits a Player's Boot with such momentum that even big Brodus Clay goes flying over the top rope to the floor. MVP helps JTG back to his feet and taunts Brodus from the ring.

Hunter says he understands that there is a WWE Championship match between CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio later on tonight and he wants to reassure both of them that whoever wins the match tonight is only holding the title for him until he gets back to it.

Vince grants him one, provided that he survive a Championship Chase over the next few weeks a six-man elimination match, one elimination a week, with the final two participants meeting for the title at TLC. Vince tells Ziggler to get ready because the first match is next.

As the cheerleading troop continues their antics, Orton suddenly takes a turn and RKO’s all of them one by one, starting with Mitch before dropping Johnny and Kenny and finally sneaking up on an oblivious Mikey, who is still grandstanding, and planting him on the stage with an RKO.
A perturbed Ziggler tries to gather what has just happened, completely unaware that Zack Ryder is lining up for a Rough Ryder. The Long Island Iced Z connects and picks up a three count. The five remaining participants will continue next week. An outraged former champion storms up the ramp after Orton and walks directly into another RKO of his very own. Mr. McMahon seen walking backstage on the phone on his way to the ring to make a few last minute announcements NEXT!

The Boss has returned to tie up the loose ends left by Survivor Series. McMahon starts by announcing that Vickie Guerrero has a severe concussion and has opted to stay home, effectively ending her tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment.
McMahon then turns his attention to the real issue on his mind, Interim General Manager John Laurinaitis has been formally dismissed from not only his post as GM, but from the company altogether, yet not before issuing an apology in a private meeting that featured only himself, Laurinaitis and the new WWE Champion this morning. As such, McMahon says, the time has come to introduce the new RAW GM for the foreseeable future...JOHN BRADSHAW LAYFIELD. JBL arrives in his limo, basking in his newfound control and prepared to lay down his interpretation of the law. McMahon, however has to cut him short.

McMahon says that Laurinaitis wore many hats while on duty in WWE, and that JBL only owns the hat of RAW General Manager. Vince explains that at the behest of his son-in-law and acting WWE COO Triple H, he has elected to appoint someone else to the post of Executive Vice President of Talent Relations. Perplexed, JBL asks who it is and after a pause gets his answer...The Heartbreak Kid SHAWN MICHAELS!

The crowd ERUPTS as the Showstopper strides down the ramp, decked in suit and Stetson to greet his new subordinate. Michaels tells JBL that this is awkward, since it was a short three years ago that a financial burden forced HBK to work for JBL and now that he’s been appointed the new EVP of Talent Relations, that the roles are reversed. Michaels tells JBL that while he may be the new RAW GM, he needs to be concerned for the well being of the personnel of the business, so no matches can take place without the seal of approval from the superstars’ right hand man.

An outraged JBL tells Michaels that nothing changes and that he’s still in charge. Layfield tells Shawn that he has no problem running you out of the business like a bad stock. Michaels smirks, telling JBL that he was afraid they wouldn’t get off on the right foot. So instead, he’ll have to give JBL a firsthand taste of his left foot instead. Michaels plants Sweet Chin Music on the new RAW GM and plays to the crowd on his first night in his new authority role to end the show.
